On 12 May 2011, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, the Somali/Dutch author, politician and women’s rights activist, holds the Max Schmidheiny Lecture on the topic "Open society and its enemies". The lecture is held in the context of the 41st St. Gallen Symposium, at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
